The city of Hyderabad houses some of the world's most inspiring and culturally diverse artefacts- unknown to most due to the lack of preservation, funding for upscaling, and publication of its beauty. Our mission at Exploring Artefacts is to change this narrative: to make museums more accessible, engaging, and inspiring for every Hyderabad history enthusiast. We break the barriers that often make our museums feel distant through immersive programs, interactive tours, and community events.

 

 

We started as a passion project at our school and slowly opened it as a permanent partner for students across Hyderabad every year. As an advocacy organization, we want to open the doors for beginners' curiosities- as we explore timeless artefacts, share stories from the past, and spark curiosity about the world around us. We train with the Telangana State Tourism, Heritage and Conservation Departments.  Assigned major exhibition projects of moving Buddhist artefacts from the state to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, to the National Museum of Korea, South Korea, in 2024.
